北京创文气体设备有限公司（原北京市军供气体设备厂）是我国最早研制生产PSA变压吸附制氮、制氧设备的专业生产企业。“军供”始建于1985年，属于军供系统的全民性企业。1986年开发研制出第一台PSA常压解吸高纯制氮机组。经中国科学院技术情报所查薪证明：该制氮机：一、常压解吸；二、电脑控制（当时在国内尚属先进地位）。据查薪结果表明我公司在当时是我国第二个生产PSA制氮机的厂家，也是常压解吸工艺第一家（查薪年份1986年-1976年10年间）。
2000年，北京市军供气体设备厂奉上级指示转制成立了北京创文气体设备有限公司，从而机制上更有活力；技术上更先进；设备上更完善；产品上更具有竞争力。创文公司于2002年1月取得ISO9001-2000国际质量管理体系认证书，从此一个崭新的“创文”走向市场。
